This program is built for athletes who want structured strength-first HYROX programming they can follow on their own to build durability, confidence, and race-day readiness. $150. 12 Week Program.

In-Person HYROX Strategy Sessions
Private studio sessions focused on station technique, race standards, pacing, transitions, sled push/pull strategy, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, lunges, carries, rowing, skiing, and practical race-day tips. Perfect if you’re already training but want hands-on coaching and a smarter game plan.

1:1 HYROX Training
Personalized in-studio coaching for athletes who want consistent support, strength programming, conditioning, station work, and form feedback tailored to their HYROX goals. Same pricing as 1:1  

Small Group HYROX Training
Train with a partner or small group in the private studio setting. These sessions can focus on HYROX-specific strength, stations, pacing, conditioning, and race prep while still giving you individualized coaching and feedback. Available with enough interest to form group? Have anyone in mind? Small Group can be 3-4 people. Same pricing as Small Group or 2:1 trainings.
