I've been working with Justine virtually for the last 10 months. Recently we have started to also focus on the nutritional side of things and not just the workouts. Justine is extremely knowledgeable and able to adjust workouts as needed. I am now able to complete exercises and movements that I honestly never thought I would again after breaking my ankle a few years ago.
