For the longest time, my wife would ask me: “Can you build me a program?” And every time I’d say yes. And then… I wouldn’t get around to it. Not because I didn’t want to.
But because as a busy trainer, building “one more program” felt like one more thing on an already full plate.
Meanwhile, I watched her — and honestly a lot of other people — walk into the gym without a real plan or strategy.
Repeating the same weights.
Guessing.
Getting bored.
Falling off.
What's missing? Structure.

One day I finally thought: Well hell — if I’m going to build her a program anyway, I might as well put it in the app. And if I’m putting it in the app… why not let other people join her? That’s how this started.
Not as a big business strategy.
Not as a revenue stream.
But as a solution to a real problem.

The phrase “Strong Looks Good On You” actually came from her. And I love that. Because my philosophy has never been about chasing aesthetics.
It’s not about shrinking.
It’s not about punishing yourself.
It’s not about trying to look like someone else.
It’s about getting strong. Striving for strong. Training with intention. Watching your body evolve as a byproduct of effort.
When strength becomes the focus, everything else shifts.

She’s been running this program for 9 months now. And here’s what she told me:
“It’s nice to keep record of what you’ve lifted so you can easily push yourself to lift more. It’s the only program I’ve stuck with long enough. Normally I get bored and fall off — so the refresh every 6 weeks is nice. But working on something for 6 weeks is also great too because I can see the weights moving and progressing. It’s not too short of a time to notice a difference.”
That’s exactly why the structure works. Six weeks is long enough to:
But it’s short enough to:
Every 6 weeks, we refresh the block.
New focus. New variation. Same foundation. Progressive overload. Intentional movement. Clear tracking. No guesswork.
Let me say this plainly: Walking into the gym without a plan is exhausting. You spend mental energy deciding what to do.
You repeat weights because you don’t remember what you lifted last week.
You don’t know if you’re progressing.
You feel like you’re “working out” but not building anything. That’s why this program exists. To give you:
There are two tracks:
Gym Edition – full equipment access
Dumbbell Edition – minimal equipment
Both follow the same 6-week structure and progression model. So even if you’re lifting in a full gym and your friend is at home with dumbbells, you’re still running the same block. Same movement patterns. Same intent. Same progression. Which brings me to something important…

Training alone is fine. Training with structure is powerful. Training with structure AND someone alongside you? That’s different.
Plan gym dates.
Text about your bench press numbers.
Compete on RDL weight.
Track your lifts in your own app but run the workout side by side. Even just having someone to banter with about the grind makes consistency easier. This wasn’t meant to be isolating.
It was meant to build something.

Last week I had a track workout date with my friend Annie. And it was SO much fun. Like… so fun that I immediately decided I'm joining as a Friday afternoon thing. Now, outside of my accountability dates with my own trainers, I have an additional one built into my week. And I get to catch up with a friend at the same time. And let’s be honest — there is not NEAR enough time in adulthood to just casually catch up with people the way we want to.
Life gets busy.
Schedules get full.
Weeks fly by.
But when you attach connection to something you’re already committed to — like training — it changes everything.
All in one hour. That’s what I mean when I say: do this with someone. It doesn’t just make you stronger.
It makes your life fuller too.
It’s $40 per month. Less than:
For a structured, progressive strength program you can actually stick with. You can even try it free for 7 days.
Because this isn’t hype.
It isn’t trendy.
It isn’t built around extremes. It’s built around sustainability.
Consistency.
Strength.
It started because my wife needed a plan. Now it’s something bigger.
If you’re tired of winging it…
If you’re ready to actually see your lifts move…
If you want to feel strong heading into summer…This exists for you.
Strong looks good on you.
