You’ll receive expert guidance tailored to your medical history, physical needs, and personal goals—plus the added benefit of someone who understands how it all fits together.

These services are provided under my Occupational Therapy license and may qualify as HSA/FSA-eligible expenses under IRS §213(d).

Post-Surgical & Medical Recovery, Support, Strength and mobility guidance for:

  • Hip/knee/shoulder replacements, Pacemaker, stent, and open-heart recovery, Post-cancer treatment fatigue, autoimmune flares, and chronic illness, lymphedema.
  • Collaborative exercise modifications with an understanding of medical precautions and limitations
  • Adapted plans based on medical history and physician precautions

Coming Soon: Dry Needling

A skilled therapeutic technique used to reduce muscle tension, relieve pain, and improve range of motion. Dry needling will be offered as part of comprehensive care for clients managing chronic pain, injury recovery, or movement dysfunction—under OT licensure where permitted.
