If you were part of the Summer 8-Week Challenge, you already know how special it was. The energy, the consistency, the stories of growth — it reminded me exactly why I started doing these in the first place.We wrapped up that challenge with tacos, laughter, and so much heart. We celebrated strength, mindset, and consistency — the three pillars behind everything I do — and even raised scholarship funds for the Mind Body Strength Training program with Taryn Hodison (introducing trauma-informed weight-lifting to BIPOC women and non-binary folk in KC). It was proof that when people come together around movement, something bigger happens.

Now it’s time to take that momentum into the next season.



Why the Fall Challenge

Fall is when most routines start to fall apart — the holidays creep in, the days get shorter, and motivation dips. But that’s exactly why this challenge exists.The Fall 8-Week Challenge (Oct 28 – Dec 23, 2025) is here to help you stay grounded through the chaos. It’s not about perfection — it’s about consistency, accountability, and connection. When you have a team beside you, it’s a lot easier to keep showing up.


What’s New This Round

This time, we’re building on what worked — and taking it up a notch:

Accountability Partners – Pair up with someone to keep each other consistent and encouraged (include their name in your sign up OR if signing up alone I will pair you up with someone amazing!

Group Workouts – Start and finish the challenge together as a community. Mark your calendar Sunday Oct. 26th 9AM @ Loose Park for our challenge kickoff workout.

Active Outings – Optional local events and meetups to keep things fun and moving throughout the 8 weeks.

A Growing KC Fitness Community

Something I’ve been reflecting on lately is how powerful community can be when we unite across gyms, programs, and fitness styles.

I’m so grateful for people like Karen Tabuchi, who has been instrumental in bringing the HYROX KC community together and connecting the new HYROX-affiliated gyms in the city. 

It’s been inspiring to watch — because it’s a reminder that even though there are many different fitness communities in Kansas City, we’re all one.

The Tapp Into It Fitness community is a very special piece of that puzzle. I pour everything I can into this — not just because I love fitness, but because I love the people who make it what it is.

As my business grows, I know it can be harder for everyone to get that same one-on-one time with me. But that’s the beauty of what we’ve built — my community is a reflection of me. You all carry the energy, humor, kindness, and drive that I hope shines through in every class and challenge.

That’s why I keep creating these experiences.

Because together, we’re stronger — and we’re just getting started.
