Nutrition Coaching

Want some general information regarding how to read food labels, how to use a food scale, how to navigate the grocery store, examples of what a day of your appropriate protein intake looks like, help making creative protein recipes, track macro or micronutrients. Get in contact with Justine to discuss goals and meet for a one time or recurring sessions to tackle these goals.

     Single session: $60/half hr (additional cost here accommodates preparation required for these types of sessions.)
