What a season it’s been. The Summer 8-Week Transformation Challenge came to a close last week, and if I could bottle up the energy from our celebration party, I would. From day one of this challenge to the final wrap-up at our party — this community has shown up in powerful ways.

We lifted heavier, got more consistent with habits, reflected deeper, and I hope everyone feels proud. Because I sure do.

A Night to Remember

We wrapped up our challenge with a celebration filled with Tiki Taco catering, Boulevard drinks, and the kind of laughter and connection that makes all the hard work worth it. But it wasn’t just about food and fun — it was also about giving back. Together, we raised funds for my client Taryn's Mind Body Strength Training program that I lead in small group fitness sessions for, which supports women and non-binary folks of color in reclaiming their space in the gym and dismantling body stigma. Doing this around Juneteenth felt especially powerful.

Honoring Our Winners

We recognized some incredible folks during the awards — and honestly, it was hard to choose. So many of you crushed it that we had to create runner-up categories! Here’s a snapshot of those honored:

Strength Progress

  • Runner-Up: Sarah Shrader — Increased her hip thrust to 315 lbs for 12 reps. Her transformation over the last two years has been nothing short of inspiring.
  • Winner: Lauren Ferguson — A class regular who built the confidence to train solo using the challenge workouts and saw major progress, especially on the leg press (which I officially deem the machine for making gains!).

Mindset Matters

  • Runner-Up: Corey Simmons — Brought insight and humor to every reflection. His growth and presence at the gym were felt by all.
  • Winner: Amanda Trout — Despite navigating the heartbreaking loss of her mom and taking on new responsibilities, she stayed committed and uplifting throughout. Her mindset and grace are unmatched.

Consistency Champions

  • 5th: James Maiden
  • 4th: Brennan Ordnung
  • 3rd: Sarah Shrader
  • 2nd: Karli Reichert
  • 🥇 1st Place: Julia Hamilton — A gym-hopper turned daily lifter who fully embraced consistency, balanced family life, and hit her protein goals day after day. True transformation inside and out.

Fitness Studio Coming Soon!

We’ve broken ground on our new garage build, which will include a private fitness studio upstairs! This space will offer 1-on-1 and small group training, perfect for those who prefer personal support without needing a monthly gym membership.

What’s Next: Fall Challenge Starts Oct. 28

Our Fall 8-Week Challenge kicks off October 28, 2025, carrying us through Halloween, Thanksgiving, and straight into the week of Christmas.

Let’s be honest — this time of year is tough for staying on track. But that’s exactly why doing it with a community makes all the difference. This group is real, supportive, and uplifting. You never have to do it alone. Based on the amazing feedback from the 1st challenge— I'm adding:

  • Accountability partners (chosen or assigned)
  • 2 group workouts (start and end of challenge)
  • Optional active outings to stay connected
  • Referral bonus: Refer 3 new people and your challenge is FREE

Final Thoughts

This was more than a challenge. It was a community effort. The love, support, and encouragement that flowed through every check-in, every lift, every shared meal — that’s what made this special.

Thank you to everyone who participated, cheered others on, or came to celebrate. My heart is so full. I truly believe this is just the beginning of something bigger.

Let’s keep showing up for ourselves. Let’s keep building strength — in every sense of the word.

With gratitude,

Justine
